About the Role

We’re looking for a creative UGC/TikTok Creator to bring outdoor-lifestyle apparel to life through authentic, trend-forward content. You’ll showcase the gear on hikes, fishing trips, boat days, and everyday adventures—capturing the spirit of the outdoors while highlighting key product features. Your videos should feel natural and platform-native, blending lifestyle storytelling with smart product placement.

What You’ll Do

• Script, film, and edit TikTok/UGC videos highlighting performance apparel in real-world settings.
• Showcase product features (quick-dry fabric, UPF sun protection, hidden details) and lifestyle appeal (comfort, versatility, rugged design).
• Incorporate outdoor and lifestyle themes that resonate with our audience.
• Stay on top of TikTok and UGC trends, adapting them to the brand voice.
• Deliver a consistent stream of content optimized for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and editors to align content with broader campaigns.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of creating high-engagement TikTok or UGC content (portfolio or social profile required).
• Comfortable on camera with an aesthetic that fits outdoor, active, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong storytelling and mobile editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Creative self-starter who can ideate, film, and deliver content with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of platform algorithms, hooks, and retention strategies.
• Bonus: Experience with apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor brands.
