Responsibilities:
- Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop creators via both one-to-one management and communication
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to maintain creators‘ content supply and increase creators' earning potential on TikTok Shop
- Organise operation actions for creators to build up big scale livestream and understanding of TikTok Shop policies both online and offline
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to drive sustainable platform growth and ensure efficient utilization of platform investments.
- Onboard potential top celeb/KOLs to TTS and incubate them to be TOP TTS creators
- Cooperate with campaign and marketing teams to initiate marketing activities to enhance creators and TTS' publicity
