The E-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

This role is based in our Munich or Düsseldorf office.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage BD multipliers (Amazon agencies, GBS agencies, logistics and eCom software providers, performance marketing agencies, selected associations, etc.).
- Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop—without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs.
- Design scalable partner motions (e.g. referral or incentive concepts)
- Generate and qualify warm seller leads and hand them over to AMs for onboarding and account ownership.
- Keep focus quarterly based on category or assortment gaps (e.g. Fashion), aligned with Cat Leads and BP&O.
