Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote the livestream scale and GMV of creators and be responsible for the live GMV of the team.
Analyze and apply market trends to source, acquire and onboard high-potential live shopping content creators to build a stable supply within the TikTok shop ecosystem.
Develop the operation and strategies for global marketing and selling, achieving performance goals by leveraging talents of merchants, incubating merchant-type talents, and collaborating with content teams to precipitate the growth methodology of the content.
Create best practices and refined operational strategies for global selling content, leveraging data analysis to guide product decision-making, enhance product efficiency, optimize traffic and LIVE efficiency, and support creators in maxing their impact.
Improve user and community engagement by ensuring a diverse product offering, strict quality control, efficient fulfillment, and high-quality after-sales service.
Maintain market expertise in the live streaming space, staying updated on trends, merchandise strategies, traffic optimization, and activity operations with a global industry perspective.
Utilize a systematic operational methodology to drive marketing activities and sales results, integrating cross-functional collaboration and leveraging strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Mentor junior-level team members.
