About the Team:

The Brazil eCommerce Central Operations team aims to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalable growth across TikTok’s e-commerce business. The team is responsible for content and creators, campaigns and promotions. We aim to build and optimize the core operational frameworks, and set performance standards that empower local teams to succeed. We believe TikTok is uniquely positioned to redefine the e-commerce experience for both sellers and customers. Our vision is to create a seamless, secure, and sustainable ecosystem by ensuring that products, processes, and strategies are executed with excellence across all markets. Responsibilities:

- Agency Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the overall agency ecosystem strategy, including creator agencies and seller ecommerce solution providers, ensuring alignment with platform growth targets and category priorities. Identify, onboard, and cultivate high-potential agencies capable of scaling sellers and driving platform-wide GMV. Build incentive models and policies, growth programs, and operational standards for agency partners.

- Agency Performance Management: Design and implement data-driven performance frameworks to track agency contribution, efficiency, and seller success metrics. Regularly review agency portfolios to ensure a healthy mix of high-performing sellers and emerging brands. Diagnose performance bottlenecks and lead targeted improvement plans.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with category teams, marketing, traffic operations, and products to ensure agencies have the resources, tools, and policies to succeed. Influence internal teams to prioritize features and solutions that enhance agency capabilities. Act as the bridge between agencies and the platform, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.

- Business Development & Innovation: Identify emerging opportunities in the e-commerce ecosystem, including new agency sales models, content marketing trends, and live commerce. Lead pilot programs with select agencies to test innovative strategies before scaling. Represent the platform in key agency and industry events to strengthen market positioning.
