E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) organization is dedicated to building a safe, sustainable, and high-trust marketplace where every customer enjoys a seamless purchase experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execution of seller lifecycle governance strategies that minimize ecosystem risks, improve seller performance, and enhance customer trust in TikTok Shop across EMEA.
- Analyze data to identify key trends, gaps, and risk signals across the seller lifecycle, translating insights into clear recommendations, business cases, and prioritized project proposals.
- Triangulate findings across internal tools, investigations, and cross-functional feedback to identify risky sellers, behaviors, and emerging issues, and escalate where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on problem statements, and design best-fit solutions and SOP updates.
- Drive the delivery of medium-complexity governance projects, including requirement scoping, milestone planning, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and markets.
- Act as a subject-matter contributor in specific areas of Seller Governance, supporting investigations, refining internal knowledge bases, and strengthening operational and policy consistency.
- Support tracking of key governance KPIs, monitor risk and performance signals, and proactively flag challenges, opportunities, and ecosystem risks.
