About the team

Our Creator and Affiliate Product team builds the bridge between inspiration and commerce. We design the platforms, tools, and marketplaces that empower creators to showcase merchandise and drive tangible growth for merchants. Within this ecosystem, the Seller Live team specializes in streamlining the livestreaming experience, creating frictionless tools that help sellers connect with their audience in real time and convert engagement into sales.

Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce live streaming, including the business dynamics of merchants and creators. Identify growth opportunities and design end-to-end solutions across pre-live, in-live, and post-live stages to systematically improve live supply and operational efficiency.

- Demonstrate strong business acumen and ownership of outcomes. Break down complex problems into actionable strategies, and drive structured, scalable solutions to address key bottlenecks in merchant and creator operations.

- Gather first-hand insights through direct engagement with merchants and creators, and translate them into product strategies and solution designs. Ability to abstract common patterns from individual cases, identify root causes, and assess broader impact.

- Develop a deep understanding of the U.S. market, including merchant/creator business models and user behavior. Leverage landscape insights to continuously strengthen strategic judgment and product decision-making.
