Job Description
Partner Strategy team will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of TSPs (service providers) on the international e-commerce platform by combining strategy, operations, and ecosystem development.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for independent policy design and budget closed-loop management of international E-commerce platform TSP, coordinating business to promote recruitment, leapfrog strategy and implementation, with the core goal of the number of high-quality service providers and the number of merchants covered by TSP;
2. Work closely with TSP to provide guidance to them in identifying business opportunities and formulating business strategies, giving priority to covering high-priority industries and high-quality brand customers, and enhancing TSP retention;
3. By optimizing product, short video, LIVE and other strategies to improve the GMV performance of TSPs covering merchants, help TSPs diagnose data such as traffic and sales, insight into business growth potential and problems, and improve the operational efficiency of TSPs;
4. Design an Incentive Mechanism for service providers, and develop efficient incentive methods for TSPs at different growth stages through on-site research, data analysis, and other methods;
5. Collaborate with category teams to monitor the business performance of TSPs covering merchants and optimize the matching strategy between TSPs and merchants.
