The Role

As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will own the day to day performance and commercial execution of a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop Benelux.

You will be responsible for the full social commerce cycle end-to-end, including affiliate recruitment, content performance analysis, paid media optimisation, GMV tracking, and weekly brand communication. You will be accountable for hitting GMV targets across your portfolio, making this a highly executional, performance-driven role.

You will report to the Social Commerce Lead and collaborate closely with paid media, data, and content teams to continuously optimise commercial performance.

What you’ll do

  • Own weekly GMV performance across your brand portfolio, analysing results every Monday, identifying drivers, and setting clear weekly action priorities
  • Run affiliate creator recruitment at scale (50–100 new contacts per brand per week), managing the full pipeline from outreach to activation
  • Review affiliate content weekly and score performance (CTR, watch time, CVR), identifying winning formats and translating insights into updated creator briefs
  • Activate Spark Ads within 48 hours on top-performing organic content to maximise reach and conversion impact
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Spark Ads, Shop Ads, GMV Max), scaling winners and cutting underperformers within agreed ROAS guardrails
  • Deliver a clear weekly performance update to each brand, including GMV vs target, content insights, affiliate pipeline status, and key risks
  • Monitor Seller Centre health, hero SKU availability, and fulfilment performance to proactively flag operational issues before they impact sales

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in consumer-facing e-commerce, ideally managing or owning a brand’s online sales channel (not purely campaign delivery)
  • Strong understanding of commercial levers such as conversion rate, AOV, margin, and stock dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, or strong exposure to social commerce, marketplace management, or creator-led e-commerce
  • Experience with affiliate or creator pipelines: recruitment at scale, commission structures, and performance-based content evaluation
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop paid media (Spark Ads, GMV Max, Shop Ads) and confidence in making day-to-day budget optimisation decisions is a strong plus
  • Strong communicator in English (Dutch or another EU language is a plus), comfortable writing clear weekly performance updates for clients
  • Able to manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously without losing commercial focus or operational discipline
  • Based in the Netherlands, preferably in the Randstad / Amsterdam region, and comfortable with a hybrid working setup
