Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations (product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment)
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and flash sales
Coordinate with creators/affiliates to drive conversions
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, videos) for better visibility and sales
Monitor shop performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
Handle customer queries, returns, and after-sales support
Stay updated with TikTok Shop policies, trends, and best practices
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok e-commerce
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, ads, and affiliate programs
Experience in creator management and campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
