Responsibilities
- Developed and execute logistics strategies for TikTok Shop in the US market, focusing on improving fulfillment efficiency and merchant adoption of platform logistics solutions.
- Analyze merchant logistics models and supply chain structures to identify opportunities to improve fulfillment performance and cost efficiency.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives that encourage merchants to adopt platform logistics services and infrastructure.
- Collaborated with logistics operations teams, product teams, and industry teams to drive the implementation of logistics strategies and operational improvements.
- Built monitoring frameworks to track logistics performance, fulfillment efficiency, and operational outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate logistics performance and refine strategies to improve service quality, fulfillment speed, and cost efficiency.
