About The team
E-commerce business center procurement via bidding center was established to integrate goods, services (warehousing, express logistics services, etc.) or intellectual property rights to achieve the best value for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for the assigned categories focusing on Governance and Compliance, Cost, Operational Excellence and Risk Mitigation
- Lead competitive sourcing activities—including tenders and negotiations—by identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers that meet business requirements and align with regional procurement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide proactive planning to support seamless operations.
- Oversee the review and negotiation of contract terms, pricing agreements, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure value delivery and drive operational excellence.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance through regular supplier meetings, business reviews and suppliers’ performance evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dual-sourcing and contingency plans to reduce supply chain risk and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with company-wide policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
