We're currently seeking a Logistics intern to join our logistics procurement team, responsible for logistics service procurement and supplier management in Europe.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Commercial Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management, procurement, and e-commerce operations.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the team in analysing logistics and supplier performance data, maintaining accurate datasets and trackers, and producing daily/weekly reports to keep stakeholders informed on performance, risks, and project progress.
- Supplier Management Support: Work closely with the manager to support supplier relationship management, including supplier onboarding, documentation follow-up, performance tracking, and day-to-day communication with logistics service providers.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in driving new commercial and operational projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, improving reporting logic and working files, and helping standardise team workflows.
- Launch Readiness & Cross-functional Support: Contribute to the rollout of new tools, processes, or supplier-related initiatives by coordinating tasks across teams and helping address operational questions during implementation.
