About the team
This team support the e-commerce business on entering into new markets while minimizing risks. The role involves developing an in-depth understanding of various legal, regulatory, GR/policy, and media risks - in partnership with corresponding functional teams - to inform the business and propose and implement plans and programs to mitigate.
Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of new market landscape to help the business navigate a successful launch.
- Advising the business on key risks and proposing actionable mitigation plans.
- Continuously monitor the external environment post-launch to support business in establishing strong business operations
- Perform comprehensive analyses of business operations to develop a deep understanding of business to better inform strategies.
- Conduct proactive, systematic analyses of e-commerce activities and provide clear, actionable guidance to business teams using accessible, business-friendly language
- Partner closely with GR, Communications and Legal teams to proactively address issues
- Exercise strong independent judgment and leadership abilities and provide risk-based solutions that align with business objectives
