Responsibilities

- Help prevent intellectual property (IP) issues and support improvements to make the IPR program run more efficiently.

- Assist in creating and updating content policies, processes, and guidelines to reduce IP risk.

- Spot gaps or problems in policies and processes, and help start projects to improve quality across the IPR program.

- Work with moderation and vendor teams to support better quality results.

- Support monitoring programs, review reports, and investigate issues to reduce counterfeit risk on the platform.

- Help educate internal teams and external partners on IP rules to ensure protection on TikTok Shop.

- Help track and analyze operational data and metrics to identify IP risks, and support building dashboards to monitor them effectively.

- Support high-priority escalations to make sure harmful behavior is addressed quickly.
