About The team

This role ensures the integrity, safety, and continuity of logistics operations by proactively preventing and responding to security threats, including theft, fraud, bribery, and abuse of power. By maintaining strict access control, monitoring surveillance systems, and supporting investigations, the Security Officer protects assets, personnel, and information across sortation centers, first mile and last mile hubs.

Job Descriptions:

- Leads high-quality execution of access control, and on-ground enforcement, ensuring operational areas consistently meet security standards and proactively identifying vulnerabilities.

- Performs advanced surveillance monitoring, analyzes unusual patterns or behaviours, and provides timely, accurate escalation to prevent or contain security risks.

- Serves as a key first responder for complex or high-impact incidents, securing scenes, stabilizing situations, and ensuring critical evidence and information are preserved for investigation.

- Conducts structured fact-gathering, obtains detailed statements, and contributes evidence-based inputs to investigation teams while upholding strict confidentiality.

- Prepares thorough and accurate security logs, incident reports, and compliance checklists, ensuring documentation meets internal audit, legal, and regulatory standards.
