Job Description
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of operational quality standards across the express logistics operation. The role focuses on monitoring operational performance, diagnosing process gaps, driving corrective actions, and strengthening quality culture within all operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of operational quality frameworks, SOPs, service standards, and quality control processes across logistics operations.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to improve operational performance.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs, quality metrics, and service performance indicators to ensure compliance with company standards and targets.
- Perform operational audits, process observations, and quality checks across hubs and operational sites to ensure process adherence and execution excellence.
- Prepare quality reports, performance dashboards, and actionable recommendations for management, while ensuring timely escalation of critical operational issues.
- Partner closely with operations leaders and stakeholders to implement action plans, improve process compliance, and align operational execution with business objectives.
- Promote quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement through training, coaching, process socialization, and best-practice sharing across operations teams.
