Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in TikTok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. - Supervise and coordinate middle mile logistics activities, including transportation planning, route optimization, and scheduling.

- Lead and manage a team of drivers, logistics personnel, and other operational staff to ensure efficiency and safety in all activities.

- Monitor and track the movement of goods between facilities, ensuring all shipments arrive on time and in optimal condition.

- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and distribution teams to maintain smooth handoffs of goods at various stages of transportation.

- Conduct regular inspections of transportation equipment (e.g., trucks, trailers) to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.

- Maintain detailed records of transportation costs, performance metrics, and driver compliance.

- Work closely with external partners and vendors to coordinate services and resolve any third-party issues.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental standards, and health and safety guidelines.
