Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for a SEA Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through case investigations and root cause analysis.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements.
- Manage and track governance programs and action items, ensuring timely execution and strengthened control mechanisms across key domains.
- Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct deep dive analysis when necessary.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy across GNE operations.
