As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

- Support the review of aftersales processes, operating guidelines, and key service experience practices.

- Improve service experience through strengthening buyer outreach materials, improving content quality, readability, and usefulness; including exploring more engaging content formats, including visual content or AI-generated videos.

- Conduct basic research and benchmarking on support content best practices and user education approaches.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support documentation or content updates.

- Support ad hoc projects related to service experience, operational excellence, knowledge management, or content improvement.
