About the Team
As TikTok Shop continuously expands to more than 16 global markets this 2026, the GKA Global Partnerships (GKA GP) Team is set up to drive both immediate revenue while building long-term industry leadership. Managing $4B+ global brands, top advertisers, and strategic key national retailer groups, the team builds long-term, strategic, trust-based partnerships that fuel growth, engagement, and platform stickiness.
Serving as the hub for global brand strategy, GKA GP leads joint business planning, onboarding, and full-funnel management to ensure consistent execution across regions. By scaling best practices and cross-market insights, the team turns partnerships into a repeatable growth engine— accelerating market entry and strengthening TikTok Shop’s position as a leading discovery e-commerce platform around the world.
1. GKA services and expansion: Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top global brands (e.g. L'Oreal, Nestle, Unilever, P&G, Samsung, etc.); build and shape the vision, brand mapping, global strategy, approach, coordination, solutions planning, and success metrics.
2. Planning & Execution: Produce GKA-based, GMV-oriented solutions; participate in the process design and execution; support the implementation to ensure the completion of the objectives; summarize the conclusions and know-hows into tangible documents, PowerPoint, and mind maps.
3. Analyzing business settings & objectives: Responsible for GKA's seller experience, identifying areas of improvement in products and services based on data and user feedback; driving the optimization of products and services by building apt mechanisms and standard processes; Familiar with approaches and policies in e-commerce; provide robust support for business owners to dissect business objectives, sort out priorities, and monitor project progress; analyze the output and efficiency of projects through in-depth analyses and able to produce results.
4. Build communication mechanisms: Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal counterparts to maximize client strategies, engender trust and ensure smooth landing of collaborative projects. Regularly consult with country Account Managers to enhance brand performance and engagement.
