The Global E-commerce Data Science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions, lead product decision-making iterations, and achieve sustainable growth in revenue with data and scientific methods, through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning.

We are hiring a Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in AI/LLM-powered systems to join our AI Enablement & Innovation team. This role will design and deploy scalable AI solutions that power internal DS enablement resources and high-impact, business-facing applications across horizontal domains.

Beyond execution, this role is expected to help shape our internal AI strategy, influencing architectural decisions, technical standards, and long-term direction for how AI systems are built and scaled across the organisation. As the team grows, there will be opportunities to expand into broader technical leadership.

What you will do？

- Design and deploy agentic workflows leveraging LLMs and modern AI architectures

- Build and productionise AI systems and enablement resources for the global DS organisation

- Develop scalable AI-enabled applications that augment decision-making across multiple business teams

- Contribute to defining the strategic roadmap for AI systems, architecture, and platform integration

- Establish evaluation, observability, and governance standards for AI systems

- Partner closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Business, and Platform teams

- Drive initiatives end-to-end from concept to production with strong product thinking
