Responsibilities:
- Formulate, track, and manage core business objectives across various KOL business segments; perform root-cause analysis on metric fluctuations to ensure business alignment.
- Act as a central strategist to conduct regular business reviews; participate in long-term strategic planning and set key scorecard metrics.
- Conduct in-depth research on key growth drivers, including but not limited to creator growth, incubation, and assortment strategies.
- Synthesize internal/external data and research methodologies to generate actionable insights and drive the cross-functional execution of strategic recommendations.
