TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of creator data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations by addressing key “where-to-play” and “how-to-win” questions, and design development roadmaps with clear milestones, performance targets, and resource plans;
- Perform both routine and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions — including merchandise tiering, creator matchmaking funnel optimisation, and other core growth drivers;
- Implement scaled creator operations strategy by using platform tools.
- Build and monitor the operational index; Facilitate periodical business reviews and reports.
