Job Description
Creator Assortment Operation team plays a critical role in driving creator and merchant success through strategic product assortment and monetization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Assortment matchmaking
- Identify trending products, seasonal opportunities, and category growth opportunities to support creator
performance.
- Optimize assortment mix across categories to improve GMV contribution and creator sustainability.
- Reduce GMV concentration on a single seller by diversifying assortments, creating more headroom for monetization and sustainable growth.
- Ensure assortments remain attractive and aligned with market benchmarks to maximize conversion and GMV performance.
- Track assortment performance including GMV contribution, conversion, pricing effectiveness, and seller adoption.
- Analyze creator assortment trends and identify gaps or optimization opportunities.
2. Seller Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Seller team to increase adoption of key sellers through both KLS and BAU matchmaking.
- Align seller supply, creator needs, and campaign priorities to drive consistent assortment growth.
