Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategize and design holistic growth frameworks for creators and agencies. Setting clear objectives and long-term development plans to drive sustainable success on TikTok
- Identify and grow high-potential creators. Drive creator growth at scale leveraging various approaches: affiliate program, championships, trainings, agency collaboration, etc.
- Scale high quality content and creators. Leverage the platform’s services to scale quality creator and content supply.
- Enhance the creator experience, streamline operational processes, and ensure seamless program execution with various cross function teams.
