Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience.
Within GNE, the Service Support Centre (SSC) provides customer service for Buyers, Sellers, and Creators across the globe. We are seeking a Core Seller Growth Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with potential sellers through outbound channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) to drive seller onboarding and early activation.
- Own day-to-day execution of seller acquisition funnel, including lead follow-up, qualification, conversion, and onboarding coordination.
- Build trust with sellers, clearly communicate platform value proposition, and drive conversion through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Work closely with BPO teams to scale outreach efforts, while personally handling high-potential leads and critical conversions.
- Track and manage seller pipeline, ensuring timely progression across stages (Contact → Registration → Onboarding).
- Identify common seller objections and feedback, and continuously improve outreach scripts, playbooks, and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Policy teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience and resolve blockers impacting conversion.
- Support pilot execution and on-the-ground testing, ensuring fast iteration and strong execution discipline.
