We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in the US, to help build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike. The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the global e‑commerce business and, through data analysis, market research and business insights, identify industry growth opportunities and key issues, and develop actionable industry operation strategies.
- Build and continuously optimize industry operating mechanisms, including target cascading, process management, strategy tracking, resource allocation and business reviews, to drive growth.
- Lead industry growth initiatives around merchants, assortment and content to improve GMV, supply quality and operational efficiency.
- Enable industry operation teams by improving capabilities in merchant growth, assortment operations and resource effectiveness, and improve overall business management and results.
