We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and partners. TikTok Shop is looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth through cross-functional partnerships, strategy design, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies covering rules/policies, supply health, product structure, and competitive positioning.
- Drive category marketing and user growth strategies across LIVE, short videos, and affiliate.
- Lead external partnerships with grading firms, authentication providers, major dealers, and resale ecosystem partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, GNE, Risk, and Marketing to deliver category roadmap and solve structural bottlenecks.
