Responsibilities:
- Merchant Operations: Responsible for merchant operations across various categories, helping newly onboarded high-quality merchants achieve rapid launch and growth. Guide merchants in product supply planning, maintain ongoing communication and cooperation, set goals and plans, and deliver performance targets. Manage daily product operations including product selection, listing, information optimization, and inventory control to ensure smooth merchant operations, and improve traffic, conversion rate, and sales volume.
- Market Analysis: Closely monitor industry trends and market dynamics, conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential market opportunities. Provide data support and decision-making basis for product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Based on category characteristics, lead the team to formulate business development strategies covering market opportunities, supply strategies, pricing strategies, growth paths, marketing and content approaches, quality control, and gross margin improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze product, merchant operation, and sales data, evaluate operational effectiveness, identify issues, and propose improvement measures to continuously optimize strategies and enhance operational efficiency. Implement category planning and drive team execution to fulfill category planning for assigned business lines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and product supply. Work with cross-departmental partners to build infrastructure and exclusive solutions for category development. Integrate internal and external resources to drive growth for assigned categories, and coordinate to resolve various issues during operations.
