Job Description

We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and partners. TikTok Shop is looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth through cross-functional partnerships, strategy design, and project management.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive creator marketing strategy that is aligned with our merchants' audience reach, engagement, and conversion goals.

2. Recruit creators who align with our merchants' values, target audience, and product offerings.

3. Develop effective creator briefing templates and materials to accelerate the production process. Manage the creator sampling process from start to end, and measure/optimize availability, speed, and conversion.

4. Own creator-facing engagements for merchants and partners with category managers to resolve issues. Develop the optimal process to execute at scale as the business grows.

5. Monitor and analyze creator-generated content and performance data to build best-practice models for content mix (brand, creator, paid), scale, and optimization.

6. Work directly with category managers to prevent and resolve any creator issues relating to merchant side operations.

7. Develop the optimal process to execute at scale as the business grows. Maintain a pulse on popular products with the category, current e-commerce tactics and overall industry trends.

8. Collaborate with fellow TikTok Creator teams to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.
