Job Description
Campaign Strategy & Planning team is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, planning & special projects for campaigns. This role bridges business insights, campaign framework design, and efficiency-driven initiatives to drive sustainable GMV growth and P&L efficiency across all campaign scenarios.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Growth Strategy
- Own the strategy design for platform/category-level campaigns, with GMV growth and efficiency as primary goals
- Translate business objectives (GMV, market share, ROI) into end-to-end campaign strategies, including pacing, resource allocation, and key levers
2. Resource & Budget Allocation
- Manage campaign budget and resource allocation (subsidies, traffic, placements) to maximize ROI
- Design differentiated resource strategies across user segments, categories, and seller tiers
- Continuously monitor performance and dynamically adjust allocation to ensure target achievement
3. Supply & User Strategy Integration
- Partner closely with category/merchant teams to define supply strategy
- Design user-side engagement and conversion strategies based on user segmentation
- Optimize “people-product matching” during campaigns to improve conversion efficiency
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Build and own campaign KPI framework (GMV, ROI, CVR, subsidy efficiency, etc.)
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers and bottlenecks
- Establish post-campaign review mechanisms and continuously refine strategy playbooks
5. Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Category, and Commercial teams to drive execution
- Align stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of campaign strategy
- Drive the development of campaign-related tools and platform capabilities
