Job Description
The Small to Medium size Business (SMB) strategist team aims to drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive merchant growth framework based on the characteristics of TikTok Shop and Tokopedia, covering the entire lifecycle from onboarding and initial launch to stable operations and long-term retention, to enhance merchant scalability and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement growth strategies for small and medium-sized merchants, including traffic support, incentive policies, and training programs, ensuring effective support at different stages of their development for sustainable growth.
- Optimize merchant incubation and growth strategies through merchant segmentation analysis, market trend insights, and A/B testing to improve ROI and overall business conversion rates.
- Conduct business data analysis for small and medium-sized merchants, establish key metric monitoring systems based on business development stages, extract core quantitative indicators, define key process metrics, and build a complete data monitoring framework to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and real-time optimization.
- Lead the team in close collaboration with product, operations, and marketing teams to translate strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring efficient implementation of strategic objectives across all business functions.
