About the team:
This role will support SMB (Small Medium Business) Platform-Level Projects where you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive GMV growth for our sellers or focus on internal optimizations. You will work within a dynamic environment, where each quarter’s priorities are set based on platform most urgent needs. Success in this role means skillfully managing multiple complex projects, collaborating across functions, and influencing key stakeholders with data-backed insights.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Own the Vertical: Serve as the definitive Affiliate thought leader and representative for the SMB team across TikTok Shop.
- Influence without Authority: Partner seamlessly with Product, Creator, and Strategy teams, aligning your initiatives with overarching OKRs to unlock net-new ecosystem value.
2. Full-Funnel Diagnostics & Advanced Analytics
- Identify the Bottleneck: Apply rigorous logic to deconstruct the seller-to-affiliate journey. You must definitively diagnose where the system is breaking: Eligibility --> Matchmaking Efficiency --> Traffic Quality --> Conversion --> GMV Growth.
- Slice & Dice Data: Leverage Aeolus, Advanced Excel, and other analytical tools to manipulate complex, high-volume datasets. Turn ambiguous data into sharp, actionable strategic levers.
3. Agile Project Execution & ROI Delivery
- Drive GMV: Take end-to-end ownership of highly complex, quarterly platform-level projects optimized for revenue expansion or structural cost reduction.
- Scale Impact: Manage concurrent, multi-threaded workstreams. Ensure the cumulative impact of your portfolio delivers ROI that is exponentially greater than the sum of its parts.
4. Executive Synthesis & Communication
- Narrative Ownership: Translate complex data and strategic pivots into crisp, Amazon-style 1-pagers.
- Drive Decisions: Communicate progress, post-mortems, and resource needs leadership with logically airtight, data-backed precision.
