Job Description
In this team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of SMB mid-tail sellers by managing BPO manpower with the end goal of increasing overall sellers' GMV.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a category-specific growth strategy for the mid-tail seller portfolio on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia, drive seller growth and performance by implementing data-driven intervention frameworks across the seller lifecycle.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of seller operation specialists and managers.
- Manage and optimize BPO agent service quality to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality seller operations.
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Product and Strategy Teams to align seller initiatives with platform campaigns and tools.
- Establish robust monitoring and reporting systems to track portfolio health, team/BPO performance, and ROI.
