Job Description

TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will help to contribute creator academy content.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment, support, and overall operation of MCNs while developing long and short term plans to help the development of the MCNs in the platform

- Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationship with MCNs, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently

- Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with agency partners to enhance agency growth and work alongside the seller and creator team to support the MCN

- Help with daily operations of agencies and navigating the XFN team, developing regulations while extending MCN's assortment

- Has Indonesia MCN industry insight, be able to grasp industry trends in time and implement into MCN management practices
