About the team
Industry Strategy Team focuses on identifying and capturing growth opportunities across the e-commerce industry in Indonesia. By conducting top-down industry analysis, we build clear category strategies, guide business direction, and work closely with cross-functional teams to jointly deliver GMV targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop seller, product, content, and marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of different e-commerce sectors to unlock incremental business opportunities.
2. Build category planning from an industry-level operating perspective, leveraging business data insights to connect seller supply with content distribution scenarios, and take full responsibility for category GMV performance.
3. Establish seller and product segmentation frameworks; identify potential sellers, products, and promising channels to enhance human-goods matching efficiency and accelerate GMV growth.
4. Integrate seller resources with promotional/marketing initiatives, and maximize category GMV based on platform incentive policies and campaign structures.
