About the team
We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Global E-commerce platform seller acquisition strategy to promote the growth of merchants in key categories in Indonesia;
- Design platform GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, including Go-to-Market Strategy, brand positioning, ecosystem construction and partner management;
- XFN collaboration (product, operation, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure consistency between strategy and business execution;
- In-depth analysis of market trends, competition landscape and merchant needs, providing strategic insights and action suggestions for decision-makers;
- Establish and optimize the investment process, merchant growth model and Incentive Mechanism to drive the healthy development of the platform ecosystem;
- Establish long-term cooperative relationships with key brands, institutions and channel partners to enhance the influence of the platform ecosystem.
