About the Team:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling the GRKA FMCG category by building a high-performing team, identifying key sub-categories, and driving growth through merchant acquisition, incubation, and performance management. You will work cross-functionally to define and execute a competitive category strategy that drives sales, enhances customer experience, and strengthens market positioning.
Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the FMCG (Beauty) category, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Identify high-potential brands, sellers, and product segments, and establish acquisition plans to onboard them effectively.
- Monitor and optimize category performance, ensuring growth in GMV, revenue, and market share.
2. Seller Relationship Management
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic sellers and brands, negotiating partnerships to enhance assortment and pricing competitiveness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key sellers to identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Drive assortment expansion by identifying gaps in product offerings and securing relevant partnerships.
3. Innovation & Competitive Advantage
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance category competitiveness, such as exclusive brand partnerships, product bundling, and promotional mechanics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to maintain category leadership.
- Continuously optimize seller engagement and operational efficiency to improve overall category health.
