About the Team
The International Strategic Partnership (ISP) team is a specialized unit within Global E-commerce Indonesia Operations. It is tasked with propelling the growth of international (non-local) brands in the Indonesian market through strategic seller acquisition, partnership management, and category development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and brands.
- Negotiate commercial deals and secure participation in campaigns and seasonal events.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with merchants' short- and long-term goals.
- Monitor and improve seller performance metrics, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage merchants through scalable incubation programs, tools, and platform initiatives.
- Drive GMV growth and strengthen merchant performance on the platform.
