TikTok Shop is an e-commerce platform fully integrated into TikTok.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Dual-Engine Merchant Acquisition: Drive the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of high-quality merchants. This includes sourcing and scouting merchants across EU and new market local merchants.
- Multi-Market GMV Driving & Campaign Synergy: Take ownership of GMV targets across the 5 newly launched countries. Incentivize onboarded merchants through platform policies and campaigns, aligning merchant supply (including sample pipelines and stock readiness) with our creator/influencer ecosystem to unlock sales velocity and maximize GMV output.
- Merchant Lifecycle Management & Incubation: Develop tailored growth tracks for different tiers of B-side merchants. Provide data-driven insights, operational guidance, and optimization strategies to improve merchant activation rates, product conversion, and sustainable retention on the platform.
