- Take full ownership of high-potential SMB sellers from onboarding through early activation, acting as the primary point of contact during the incubation phase
- Support sellers on operational readiness, platform policies, and execution fundamentals to remove blockers and drive early growth
- Run scalable incubation initiatives, including educational content and mass activation programs, to accelerate seller activation and adoption
- Segment early-stage sellers by profile and readiness, applying targeted incubation strategies to maximize impact
- Track seller progress, activation metrics, and handover readiness, ensuring smooth transition to Account Strategists for continued growth
- Own channel management and seller communications, maintaining timely guidance, updates, and support throughout the incubation process
