Responsibilities:

1. Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.

2. Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities

3. Manage partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
