The Role
As a Livestream Shopping Host, you will be the on-air face of TikTok Shop sessions for one primary product category (Beauty, Electronics, Home & Living, Fashion, FMCG or Other). You will host live selling sessions where you turn viewer attention into real-time purchases, continuously improving your performance through testing, learning and iteration.
You will work as part of a commerce pod alongside the TikTok Shop Manager and Affiliate Manager, supported by a studio production crew that helps you bring each live session to life. While you are the face on camera, you are never working alone. Success is built collectively across strategy, affiliate activity and live execution.
Your focus will be on driving measurable commercial impact through every session, improving GMV, conversion rate and efficiency per live hour with every broadcast you do. You will directly report to the Social Commerce Lead.

Bonus: direct TikTok Shop or Douyin LIVE experience, existing creator audience, or familiarity with streaming tools (e.g. OBS), plus additional European languages.
