About the Team
Our team is responsible for formulating internal compliance strategy. Establish clear policies, strengthen internal control, ensure appropriate enforcement, raise entire compliance awareness across LIVE's teams.
Job Description
- Review and assess internal and external feedback or open source, identifying potential integrity or internal compliance cases based on established indicators and risk factors.
- Prioritize and manage multiple global investigations from start to close.
- Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the company’s ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations or company policy.
- Conduct appropriate and effective root cause analysis of non-compliances and suggest accurate action in the control environment to minimize re-occurrence.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive compliance observation reports in a timely manner.
- Leverage a variety of proactive monitoring strategies to profile potential fraud and guide investigations toward the highly risky area.
- Conduct training related to our Code of Conduct and other risk areas.
- Coordinate follow-up investigations with functional parties, including internal regulatory and enforcement.
- Partner with Product, Data Analyst, and Data Science Teams to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing integrity problems at scale.
