Job Description
The LIVE Operations team is focused on building a scalable, healthy, and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with creators, agencies, and partners, we drive long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.
We are looking for a LIVE Partner Growth & Incubation Manager based in Cairo, responsible for expanding the local agency ecosystem while incubating and scaling partners through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution. This role combines business development with agency incubation and ecosystem building, playing a critical role in creator growth and monetization success in the Egypt market.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner Development & Expansion
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations to grow the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Egypt.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on platform strategy, content direction, and growth priorities.
- Explore new collaboration and partnership models across live streaming, entertainment, and digital media sectors.
2. Agency Incubation & Community Operations
- Establish and manage LIVE agency communities, defining engagement mechanisms to improve activity, retention, and performance.
- Design and execute incubation programs, including agency education, creator recruitment initiatives, and monetization acceleration plans.
- Plan and run incentive-driven campaigns to boost creator onboarding, revenue growth, and agency participation.
3. Performance & Data Management
- Track and analyze agency and creator performance metrics, including activity levels, revenue contribution, and growth trends.
- Use data insights to optimize community operations, partner strategies, and overall ecosystem efficiency.
- Provide regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data teams to support partner success and execute growth initiatives.
- Lead partner workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities to share best practices and platform updates.
- Ensure all partner and agency activities comply with TikTok LIVE’s community guidelines, brand values, and safety standards.
