We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage logistics operations in the Polish market from Germany (Munich). This role will be responsible for end-to-end operational performance, including carrier management, service quality, cost control, and daily execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in logistics or supply chain operations, is data-driven, and can work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Polish is required.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations in Poland, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and scalability

- Manage relationships with local carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

- Optimize operational processes, cost structure, and service levels (lead time, delivery success rate, damage rate, etc.)

- Coordinate closely with regional and central teams on planning, capacity, and operational strategy

- Support new market initiatives, product launches, and operational setup in Poland

- Track and analyse key operational KPIs; provide regular reporting and actionable insights

- Identify risks and operational bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans

- Manage local vendors and support contract negotiation and performance management
