About the Team
MAI team is responsible for EU partner growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate partners from scratch and drive their business success
As an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business.
This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities
- Owning strategy and execution for TikTok Commerce including incubation plans.
- Lead end-to-end incubation for high-potential partners, including onboarding, project planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform.
- Identify scalable growth opportunities and design/roll out programs to improve partner performance (e.g., video/LIVE challenges, lifecycle email campaigns, enablement initiatives).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand partner segments, diagnose performance blockers, and surface root causes using data analysis, partner interviews, and surveys; translate insights into product/process improvements.
- Manage partner communication channels (Lark groups, IM, etc.) to run mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, partner education, and incubation program delivery.
- Capture, document, and share learnings to establish best practices and influence internal/external stakeholders.
