The consumables e-commerce industry (Beauty, Personal Care, Health, Pet, etc.) has seen tremendous growth in recent years and remains one of the most high-frequency categories. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok Shop is uniquely positioned to reshape how consumers discover and purchase consumable products through content and creators.
We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our operations team to build a scalable, efficient, and innovative ecosystem connecting brands, creators, and users.
Responsibilities
- Define both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Consumables creator development strategy, driving creator GMV growth and category penetration (Beauty, Personal Care, Health, etc.)
- Scale high-quality creator supply in consumables through structured incubation, tiering, and performance management
- Build creator growth playbooks (e.g., self-live, affiliate, IP campaigns)
- Identify and scale top-performing creators based on GMV and content efficiency
- Drive merchant × creator collaboration to unlock incremental GMV
- Partner with brands to design creator-driven growth strategies (e.g., IP Campaign, Super Brand Day, New Arrivals)
- Improve creator attach rate and conversion efficiency for key merchants
- Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV, retention) to identify growth levers and optimize content-commerce efficiency
- Build and scale successful case studies across consumables categories to strengthen business awareness and best practice adoption
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UG, Ads, Strategy, Governance, etc.) to unlock growth opportunities and remove operational blockers
- Engage with key merchants and stakeholders to drive adoption of creator ecosystem and improve overall ecosystem efficiency
