Responsibilities
- Serve as the measurement lead within the Brand Advertising Product Solutions and Operations team; drive deep collaboration with upstream and downstream teams (Product, Data Science, MarSci, etc.) to enhance brand advertising performance representation and value articulation across measurement frameworks.
- Systematically analyze brand advertising measurement results (including Brand Lift, 3P measurement, TTMS, etc.), extract key insights, and translate findings into actionable optimization recommendations that feed back into product iteration and sales strategy.
- Build a robust brand advertising effectiveness proof system based on measurement data and insights; produce benchmark cases, best practices, and methodologies to strengthen brand advertising GTM narratives and advertiser persuasion.
- Co-define and refine brand advertising measurement KPI frameworks with Product teams; identify measurement capability gaps and drive measurement product roadmap execution; deepen collaboration with measurement teams to advance joint solutions.
- Conduct cross-market measurement benchmarking and insights synthesis; identify regional patterns and build scalable measurement operations playbooks.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (Product, Operations, Data Science, MarSci) to ensure measurement capabilities are effectively embedded across the full brand advertising lifecycle — pre-sale, in-flight, and post-campaign.
